Shipping policy

ERRAI JEWELLERY offers complimentary secure shipping on all orders within Australia via Australia Post Platinum Express service as well as click & collect from our Sydney location.

Australia Post Platinum Express Post: Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order (for personalised & custom made pieces please allow 2-3 weeks for production).

All orders will be shipped via Platinum Express Post and will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not available to sign at the time of delivery you will be left a card notifying you to collect your order from your local Australia Post. A signature will be required at the time of collection from Australia Post.

International Shipping
For shipping overseas we will be using Fedex and a quote will be provided.

Click & Collect:
Your online order can be collected from our Sydney design studio. Once your order has been processed our staff will contact you to make a time for collection.

We will be using Australia Post Platinum service for all our shipping For overseas deliveries we will be using Fedex, a quote will be required. All our items will not be heavier that 1kg The product will only require one satchel to be sent
