We source our diamonds from an extensive network of dealers in Sydney, and have access to dealers globally that are all members of the Kimberly process. All of our diamonds are ethically sourced.

The majority of our diamonds are laser inscribed on the girdle with its specific identification number. Your GIA certificate will mention if the stone has a laser inscription or not.

Yes. You can choose from 18k white, yellow and rose gold as well as 9k white, yellow and rose gold.

Yes, all of our pieces are rhodium-plated to give them a brilliant shine and a protective layer. Unless specifically asked not to.

Once stones and designs have been confirmed your piece will roughly take between 2- 3 weeks depending on time of year started.

Yes, we have a large range of men’s and ladies wedding rings to look at as well as commitment rings. If you don’t find one that we already have in stock that meets your needs, we can also custom-make one to suit your engagement ring, or matched to your partner’s ring.

Our workshop, where all our pieces are made, is located in Sydney’s CBD. This enable us to show the client the piece through-out the different stages of creation.

We suggest every 12-18 months where we will have craftspeople check all claws, claps and stones. At this stage we can then clean, polish and re-plate your pieces starting from $150.

Yes. We are very happy to work with your insurance company to help replace your lost items.

The worst thing jewellery people like hearing is when clients confess to having a piece, or often pieces, of beautiful jewellery tucked up in cupboards or in secret hiding spots and safes. Not ok.
At Errai we love getting our hands on client’s non-wearable pieces, there is so much opportunity reinventing pieces for the modern day. These pieces can often be out-of-fashion, impractical or simply not to the taste of the beholder. Not to fret – reinvention and creation is proving to be quite our speciality.

One Is the Loneliest Number
I wonder whether you have memories of your Mother and/or Grandmother with rings on her fingers and bells on her toes. I remember the sound of all my Mum’s bracelets clattering together, I could hear her coming from a mile off.
